Jamie is passionate and humbled to walk alongside those seeking positive change in their life. Jamie earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in family therapy and uses an integrated approach of biblical truths and research-based clinical treatment. Jamie specializes in anxiety-related disorders and is trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that is the gold standard of treatment for OCD. Additionally, Jamie also specializes in working with the youth. She deeply values early intervention and proactive, preventative efforts and sees children as young as 5 years old.
Jamie also works with those who battle, depression, conflict and communication, codependency, life adjustment and family systems issues.
She loves speaking at community events, meetings, and groups looking to offer mental, emotional, relational, and/or spiritual support to their members.
Jamie has been married to her husband for over 10 years and they have four young children.
